The ACCELERATE RESIDENCY PROGRAM is a 12-month fully immersive, on-site discipleship and ministry training program for young adults.

Residents live onsite at Pine Lake Camps where they will engage in active spiritual formation, serve in hands-on ministry roles within the local church and camping programs, and complete accelerated coursework through Free Grace Bible College.

This program will provide residents with an anchor point and a full scope of spiritual and experiential preparation to release them for future impact in the church and the world.

Isaiah 49:2

Every arrow must be drawn back before it can be released.

ACCELERATE RESIDENCY is a year set apart for that kind of preparation. Through intentional community, rigorous Biblical training, and hands-on ministry, you’ll be stretched, shaped, and strengthened.

So when it’s time to launch into what’s next -- ministry, career, or calling -- you won’t just move forward.

A — ABIDE IN CHRIST

Residents cultivate a deep, personal walk with Jesus through intentional spiritual formation, guided by a mentor and a structured rule of life. This includes daily devotions, weekly worship, Bible study, serving, and Sabbath rest.

R — ROOTED IN COMMUNITY

Residents live on-site at Pine Lake Camps in intentional Christian community, building lifelong friendships, accountability, and shared rhythms for the full 12 months.

R — RIGOROUS TRAINING

Residents engage in accelerated biblical education through Free Grace Bible College, completing two years of coursework in one—grounding them deeply in theology and ministry.

O — ON-MISSION EXPERIENCE

Residents serve approximately 25 hours per week in hands-on ministry through camps, retreats, the local church, outreach, and operational support—learning by doing in real environments.

W — WORLD IMPACT

Residents step beyond their context through a global experience, choosing between a Free Grace Global mission trip or a tour of Israel, expanding their understanding of God’s work worldwide.

S — SENT TO MULTIPLY

Residents invest in the next generation—especially through summer camp leadership—intentionally discipling others and multiplying their impact as they are prepared to be sent with purpose.
